PAYMENT

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Note: Minimum $20 credit card transaction.
Visit our website www.markii.com for secure ordering. UPS Notification via e-mail if requested — track your package the day it shipped. Make checks and money orders payable to: Mark II Enterprises and call for mailing address to expedite shipment. If ordering with a check or money order, please contact us for shipping charges. We normally ship same day on most items. Any out of stock items will be put on a back-order status. Your will be notified of any items not available or of substantial price increases. Please note prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

CANCELATIONS

A 3% charge for cancelation after credit card is debited. This is a bank merchant fee that we cannot recover. Orders cancelled after shipment is subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

SHIPPING/HANDLING/INSURANCE CHARGES

All prices listed do not include shipping. Most items are shipped via UPS ground or USPS F.O.B. Apple Valley, CA and are fully insured. Minimum $9.50 charge. UPS 3-Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air is available upon request at a slightly higher cost. Please advise a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Small items can be shipped via the Post Office from $7.50. We normally ship same day order is received. Orders received after 2:00 pm Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Contact us for shipping cost as we must weigh and size each shipment. We normally ship Via USPS. On larger shipments DHL is more cost effective and normally arrives within 7-10 days. Customers are responsible for all Custom, Duty and Brokerage Fees and for any returned items including cores. No Exceptions. Occasionally, arrival time can take up to 45 days for international items to arrive to certain countries. Perhaps it's stuck in customs. Please understand this is out of our control. Please do not ask us to mark items as "Gifts" as it's highly illegal.

RETURNS – GUARANTEES

ALL PARTS ARE 100% GUARANTEED, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SOLD “AS IS”. Most merchandise is guaranteed for a minimum of 90-days for a full refund or exchange. Items with a written extended warranty are to the original purchaser/owner (nontransferable). Warranty starts at time of receipt of merchandise, NOT INSTALLATION DATE! Merchandise returned must be PREPAID and must be in its original condition, container and instructions. A copy of the original invoice with a detailed letter of explanation must be enclosed. Items ordered in error, or returned for reasons outside of Mark II Enterprises control are subject to a 20% restock fee. Returns must be pre-approved with an AFR# on box to avoid refusal (exc. cores) with invoice copy. Sorry, no returns on used, special non-stock orders, electrical, carpet sets, car covers, and fuel related items. All warranties are limited to an exchange or refund of the purchase price. There is no warranty or reimbursement for labor under any circumstances. Mark II Enterprises is not responsible for any consequential loss or damages.

CORE DEPOSITS – EXCHANGES

When a rebuilt item is sold on an exchange basis, the selling price includes a re-buildable core. This is a courtesy, which eliminates the down time of your car. Without your re-buildable part, we won’t have parts to sell. We prefer you send us your part first, but if you cannot, we must charge a core deposit to guarantee its return. Core deposit amounts depend on the scarcity and popularity of the item. There will be an adjustment to the core refund if your part is not re-buildable or needs major repair. Core refunds will be issued by same method of payment, normally within a few days of receipt. Exception: Some cores must be sent to manufacture for approval. This can take up to 30-days. Inquire at time of purchase.
Classic car parts are getting hard to locate. Many cores have not been returned in a timely manner or not returned at all. Without cores we can’t stay in business. PLEASE RETURN CORES PREPAID WITHIN 30 DAYS (unless prior arrangements are made) and enclose a copy of invoice so proper credit can be issued! Cores must be original ITEM AS SOLD, COMPLETE, ASSEMBLED & RE-BUILDABLE. CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UPON INSPECTION. IF A CORE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, AND YOU CANNOT RETURN THE CORE WITHIN 30-DAYS, CALL US OR FORWARD YOUR CORE IN ADVANCE. We do not pay any International brokerage fees.

DAMAGED OR SHORTAGE OF MERCHANDISE

Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any missing items we must be notified within 48 hours. If any discrepancies, we must be notified within 48-hours of receipt. No exceptions. DO NOT SIGN FOR COMMON CARRIER SHIPMENTS UNTIL MDSE. IS INSPECTED. If an item is damaged or missing due to a damaged package, contact the carrier immediately so a claim may be processed. DO NOT RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US; THIS WILL VOID ANY INSURANCE CLAIM! Catalog prices are subject to change as often times our suppliers increase costs without prior notice. When an increase is substantial, you will be notified prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
