We try to ship within 24 hours and sometimes the same day. Any out of stock items will be put on a back-order status. Any amount of pre-paid items not available will be refunded, and you will be notified of the amount, which would be due for any substantial price increases. SHIPPING/HANDLING/INSURANCE CHARGES All prices listed do not include shipping. Most items are shipped via UPS ground F.O.B. RIVERSIDE, CA and are fully insured. Minimum $9.50 charge. UPS 3-Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air is available upon request at a slightly higher cost. Please advise a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We can ship via the Post Office, but discourage it due to travel and wait time costs. RETURNS - GUARANTEES ALL PARTS ARE 100% GUARANTEED, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY SOLD "AS IS". Most merchandise is guaranteed for a minimum of 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Items with an extended warranty are to the original purchaser/owner (nontransferable). Warranty starts at time of receipt of merchandise, NOT INSTALLATION DATE! Merchandise returned must be PREPAID and must be in its original condition, container and instructions. There will be a 20% handling and restocking charge unless it was our error. Sorry, no returns on used, special orders, electrical, and fuel related items. Any order cancelled after shipment is subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice to insure proper credit and subject to a $5.00 research fee. CORE DEPOSITS - EXCHANGES When a rebuilt item is sold on an exchange basis, the selling price includes a rebuildable core. This is a courtesy, which eliminates the down time of your car. Without your rebuildable part, we cannot have parts to sell. We prefer you send us your part first, but if you cannot, we must charge a core deposit to guarantee its return. Core deposit amounts depend on the scarcity and popularity of the item. If your part is not rebuildable or needs major repair, you will be notified of an adjustment to the core deposit. Core refunds will be issued by same method of payment, either by credit card or check, normally within a few days of receipt. Classic car parts are getting hard to locate. Many cores have not been returned in a timely manner or not returned at all. Without cores we can't stay in business. PLEASE RETURN CORES WITHIN 30 DAYS (unless prior arrangements are made). Please enclose a copy of invoice so proper credit can be issued! Cores must be original ITEM AS SOLD, COMPLETE, ASSEMBLED & RE-BUILDABLE. CREDIT ISSUED UPON INSPECTION. IF A CORE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, AND YOU CANNOT RETURN THE CORE WITHIN 30-DAYS, PLEASE FORWARD YOUR CORE IN ADVANCE. DAMAGED OR SHORTAGE OF MERCHANDISE Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or missing due to a damaged package, contact the carrier so a claim may be processed. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt. If a package is obviously damaged, refuse it from the carrier, in which case it would be returned to us. Catalog prices are subject to change as often times our suppliers increase costs without prior notice. When an increase is substantial, you will be notified prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. |
